Policies

  • We take great care and pride in everything we create and customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any problems with an order then please don’t hesitate to contact us straight away and we can discuss how we may best help resolve the issue.

    If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your online purchase or if you decide something isn’t quite as expected, we are more than happy to accept returns.

    If this should be the case, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving the order, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and have not been worn. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping on your returned item.

    We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as used for the initial purchase.

  • Please email roccitysmithy@gmail.com to let us know you wish to submit a return so we know to expect your shipment and can process your request efficiently as possible.

    Returns will need to be made by mail, and the customer is responsible for the cost of said return of any items.

    In making a return, please follow the following procedure:

    • Indicate your wish to return an item before sending it by emailing roccitysmithy@gmail.com

    • Items must be sent back in a fully 're-saleable' condition - i.e. unworn and unaltered, in the original box and packaging.

    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    • When returning items we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting. We also recommend adding insurance as we cannot be responsible for any returned items until they reach us.

    • We are not responsible for any damage or loss to the items that occurs before this point, including while the items are in transit. 

    • In such situations, proof of postage will be required by the customer to make a claim with the courier used.

    Please be aware that any postage or courier fees incurred for returning unwanted items will not be refunded.

    As soon as the returned items are received a refund will be issued to the form of payment used for the purchase.

  • Shipping rates are charged at a flat rate of $10.99 per order.

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot always be recovered and we are not responsible for losses due to an incorrect address.

    Domestic: We aim to ship items within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. We ship USPS First Class with tracking. Please allow between 2-5 business days from the time of shipping for your purchase to arrive.

    International:  We hope to be able to offer international shipping soon. Please check back often for updates.

  • Please make sure you use a proper ring sizer if you are unsure of your ring size. If you are unsure of your ring size, please contact us privately at roccitysmithy@gmail.com and we can help guide you on available options.

  • We use Squarespace Payments who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.
